Our selection process is designed to ensure that only the most deserving changemakers are honored, reflecting the true spirit and mission of the initiative. We take a multi-step approach that combines public input with expert evaluation, ensuring a fair and thorough assessment of each nominee. The process includes public nominations, extensive research, and comprehensive reviews by a panel of carefully chosen stakeholders.
We assess the demonstrable positive outcomes that the individual’s work has had on their community, sector, or society at large. The changemaker must show measurable success in their efforts and a clear track record of contributing to meaningful change
Creativity and effectiveness in addressing complex challenges are vital to the selection process. We look for individuals who have introduced new ideas, approaches, or technologies that have helped solve pressing problems, driving real-world change.
The ability to inspire and motivate others is a cornerstone of true leadership. We value changemakers whose work not only brings about tangible results but also empowers others to take action, lead, and contribute to social betterment
